By accessing and using the British Airways PTFS website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Use of our services is also subject to the rules and regulations of Pilot Training Flight Simulator (PTFS) and Roblox.
2. Virtual Airline Disclaimer
We are strictly a virtual airline community. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to British Airways plc, International Airlines Group, or any real-world aviation entity. All operations, flights, and ranks are simulated for entertainment purposes only.
3. User Conduct
As a member of British Airways PTFS, you agree to:
- Maintain professional conduct within our community and during flights.
- Follow all rules set forth in our Discord server and documentation.
- Not impersonate real-world aviation personnel or British Airways employees.
- Not use our systems to harass, abuse, or harm other members.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your virtual airline account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
5. Intellectual Property
The British Airways name and logo are trademarks of British Airways plc. Their use on this website constitutes fan art/fair use within a non-profit simulation context. All custom code, website designs, and operational documents created by British Airways PTFS are the property of their respective creators.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
